PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual shooting game machine which enables the shooting of a game ball by the turning of the ball striking mallet of the main body of a shooting device based on the manual turning operation of a shooting lever by a player and the opening and closing of a front frame, and achieves the front designed surface of the game machine which has togetherness. SOLUTION: In the manual discharge type game machine, the shooting device 1 is arranged on the mounting frame 100 side of a game board of a main body, the shooting lever 2 is arranged on the front frame 101 side, the shooting lever 2 and the shooting device 1 are freely separated, a connection mechanism 3 mechanically connecting is included regarding turning motion based on the turning operation of the shooting lever 2 by the player, the connection mechanism 3 consists of a first connecting member 31 which turns synchronizing with the turning motion of the shooting lever 2, and a second connecting member 32 which turns synchronizing with the turning motion of the ball striking mallet, and the turning motion of the ball striking mallet 11 corresponding to the turning motion of the shooting lever 2 is enabled by the engagement of a first engaging part 311 at one end of the first connecting member 31 and a second engaging part 321 at one end of the second connecting member 32.
