PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewage sink unit for ostomates without the need of a separate space for a drain pipe even when a sewage sink part is lowered. SOLUTION: The sewage sink unit 1 for ostomates comprises: a panel plate 100 provided with a sewage sink part 110 on the front surface; an elevating and lowering means for elevating and lowering the panel plate; a guide means for guiding the elevation and lowering of the panel plate; the drain pipe with a plurality of pipe members which are fitted in a nest shape and are freely slidable with each other; and a flexible connection pipe whose both ends can be connected to the sewage sink part and the drain pipe.
