The method involves supplying one or more bending tools (3) by a bending profile toward its longitudinal axis (X-direction). The bending tools in the bending zone (2) of the profile drives through a bending towards the transverse axis of the profile (Y-direction or Z-direction). An additional kneading process takes place in the deformed bending zone (34) of the profile. The kneading process overlays a frequency forging process by force thrust incorporated impulse wise into the profile. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) use of the frequency-forging process for deforming machines (2) device for bending metallic profiles.
