An ultrasonic fluid measurement device having increased measurement accuracy. In the ultrasonic fluid measurement device (10), first to third ultrasonic measurement sections (16-18) have first wave transmission/reception sections (16A-18A) and second wave transmission/reception sections (16B-18B). The first and second wave transmission/reception sections are placed in a measurement flow path (14). First to third ultrasonic propagation paths (36-38) connect the first wave transmission/reception sections (16A-18A) and the second wave transmission/reception sections (16B-18B) and intersect with the direction of flow of the fluid (24) in the measurement flow path (14) at different angles. In correspondence with a flow rate (Q), the ultrasonic fluid measurement device (10) adopts a measurement value of any one of the first to third ultrasonic measurement sections (16-18).
