M CELL-SPECIFIC ANTIBODY

To enable efficient supply of an antigen into M cells and thus remarkably increase the efficacy of a mucosal vaccine, it is intended to develop a means of specifically targeting the surface layer of the epithelium (FAE) of M cells or the periphery thereof from which an antigen is incorporated. It is found out that the above-described problem can be solved by constructing an antigen which can target the follicle-associated epithelium (FAE) of M cells or the periphery thereof.
