An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display and a driving method thereof are provided to enhance image quality characteristics by outputting constant voltages from voltage sources even when ripples are generated from the voltage sources. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Diode) display includes a pixel unit(100), data and scan drivers(200,300), a battery(400), and first and second source voltage suppliers. The pixel unit includes pixels, which receive data and scan signals and first and second source voltages and display images. The data and scan drivers deliver the data and scan signals. The battery stores a source voltage. The first source voltage supplier receives the source voltage from the battery, generates the first and second source voltages, and delivers the generated voltages. The second source voltage supplier, connected to an output stage of the first source voltage supplier, receives the first source voltage and adjusts the received source voltage.
