<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To wash crushed plastics at a low cost while reducing the load to be imposed on the environment. <P>SOLUTION: Crushed plastics and washing water are whirled spirally in a washing tank 37, made to flow through a suction port 37c, a conveyance pipe 45, a circulation pipe 50 and a discharge port 50a and circulated through them two or more times. Stains stuck to crushed plastics and crushed powder are washed away by the friction among crushed plastics, the friction between crushed plastics and the washing tank, the air bubbles and current of washing water or the like. Minute crushed chips are discharged through a punched hole 37e and only crushed plastics having the size suitable for the remolding work are sorted during the time to wash crushed plastics in the washing tank 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
