PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert mounting bracket which facilitates mounting of an insert in a form board, and also facilitates detachment of the insert embedded in concrete. SOLUTION: The insert mounting bracket is formed of: a threaded axial body 2 screwable into a threaded hole 7 formed in the insert 6; a base board 4 adjacent to a mounting side of the threaded axial body 2, to be mounted on a form board 5, and having a diameter larger than that of the threaded axial body 2; a mounting nail 3 penetrated through the threaded axial body 2 and the base board 4 and projected from the base board 4; and a rotation operating portion (nail 3) continuously extending from a projecting side of a mounting nail 3 of the threaded axial body 2.
