PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy brazing sheet which provides adequate brazability even when brazed with a Nocolok brazing method, and shows excellent strength after having been brazed. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy brazing sheet is manufactured by the steps of: cladding one surface of an aluminum alloy core material with an aluminum alloy intermediate material; cladding the other surface of the aluminum alloy core material with a sacrificial anode material of an aluminum alloy; and cladding the surface opposite to the surface cladded on the aluminum alloy core material of the aluminum alloy intermediate material with a brazing material of an Al-Si-based alloy. After the aluminum alloy brazing sheet has been brazed by being heated at 400°C or higher for 2 minutes or longer, the aluminum alloy core has grains with sizes of less than 100μm, and the aluminum alloy intermediate material and the sacrificial anode material of the aluminum alloy have grains with sizes of 100μm or larger.
