PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsified cosmetic for hairdressing having excellent hairdressing properties, capable of imparting a persistent natural luster and having a good feeling and excellent washing off from hair without imparting a sticky feeling or a stiff feeling. SOLUTION: The emulsified cosmetic for hairdressing is obtained by including an oil, a water-soluble vegetable oil, preferably a water-soluble olive oil and a nonionic surfactant.
