PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the quantity of dissolved hydrogen in a hydrogen-added liquid at 0.5 ppm or more after six months. SOLUTION: The hydrogen-added liquid is manufactured by means of one of the methods stated in the patent documents 1 to 6, The liquid is filled into a vial container for use in gas chromatography. The container is sealed with a fluorocarbon resin liner stopper, tightly closed by a melamine-resin-made pored cap, and is accommodated in an aluminum pouch comprising the outermost layer made of a biaxially-oriented polyethylene terephthalate film (thickness of 12μm), the intermediate layer made of an aluminum foil (thickness of 9μm) and the innermost layer made of a special polyester film (thickness of 50μm). A gas mixture of 3.9% of hydrogen and nitrogen is pressurized to a pressure slightly higher than the atmospheric pressure is sealed, the opening of the container is heat-sealed tightly, thereby the quantity of the dissolved hydrogen after preservation of six months is maintained at 0.5 ppm or more.
