PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance ion blowing-off efficiency from an ion generator to the inside of a cabin and prevent an occupant from feeling operation start of the ion generator. SOLUTION: The ion generator 20 is installed on a duct 9 leading from an air conditioning unit 100 to a vent blowing-off port. The surface of an electrode 21 provided on the ion generation face of the ion generator 20 is arranged inside a duct passage 9a so as to face the upstream side of air-conditioning air. Thus, operation noise of the ion generator 20 generated from the ion generation face leads to the upstream side of air-conditioning air while reflecting on the inner wall of the duct 9, and leakage of the operation noise from the blowing-off port can be reduced.
