PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a consumption tax collection type game medium dispenser having a function of collecting consumption tax, consumption tax collection type game medium dispensing method and consumption tax collection type game processing system. SOLUTION: A plurality of Pachinko machines 2 and inter-machine dispensers 3, 4 connected to the respective Pachinko machines 2, a plurality of slot machines 5 and an inter-machine dispenser 6 connected between the slot machines 5 are connected to a network 8 through an island computer 7. In a game parlor, a ticket issuing machine 20, a replay reception machine 12, a counter 9, a prize management machine (POS) 11, and an adjustment machine 10 are installed along with the inter-machine dispensers, and in these machines, consumption taxes can be collected so that consumption taxes for the dispensed balls and prize barter can be properly collected from the game players.
