The invention relates to a removable-blade knife having a handle in the form of two separable parts. The knife with a removable blade (1) comprises a handle (2) in the form of two separable parts (17, 23). The handle includes a housing (18) for receiving the blade (1). The housing (18) is defined by two reception areas (18a, 18b) on both sides of a separation surface (22-24) between the two parts (17, 23). Each reception area (18a, 18b) has a width, as viewed when parallel to the separation surface (22-24), that is larger than the depth of said area (18a, 18b) as viewed when perpendicular to said surface (22-24). |
