The paper strip (2) has an adhering part (4) applied with an adhesive. A non-adhering part (5) is provided such that a base material is exposed on a surface including a peripheral edge (30). The adhering part includes unit adhering regions applied with the adhesive in a preset shape such as circular shape and elliptical shape, and arranged spaced apart from one another. The non-adhering part is formed into a mesh form between the unit adhering regions and is formed along a part of the peripheral edge.
