A VOD(Video On-Demand) information management system for providing partial search by managing VOD effectively and systemizing VOD information based on a system like a safe-deposit system of a bank is provided to increase utilization of the VOD and establish an effective management system by using deposit, trust, storage, and rental ways of the bank. Deposit, trust, storage, and rental functions are realized by integrally managing VOD of a company or a person in one place like a bank. A customer searches the VOD easily by classifying the stored VODs into each section. The VOD is trusted and stored, and the stored VOD is lent out to a portal or an Internet site.
