ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

An organic light emitting display device is provided to protect an outer surface of the display device from an external impact by forming a semi-transmissive layer and a protection layer with high impact resistance on a sealing member. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(10), an organic light emitting element(30), a sealing member(50), a semi-transmissive layer(51), a protection layer(52), and a transmissive black layer(21). The organic light emitting element is arranged on the substrate to realize an image. The sealing member is formed on the organic light emitting element. The semi-transmissive layer is formed on one surface of the sealing member which faces outward, to partially transmit and reflect the external light. The protection layer covers the semi-transmissive layer to protect the semi-transmissive layer. The transmissive black layer is formed between the organic light emitting element and the sealing member to improve a contrast. The semi-transmissive layer has a higher refractive index than the refractive index of the protection layer.
