<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to know whether a job permitted to run as a result of successful authentication is running or not. <P>SOLUTION: A digital composite machine 1 synthesizes a sound from a message 9056 or a message 1056, outputs the sound from a loudspeaker 127, and then can reproduce the sound corresponding to the message 9056 or the default message 1056.
