PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a monoclonal antibody and to provide the monoclonal antibody obtained by the method for preparing the monoclonal antibody. SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody is obtained by administering a protein-RNA complex to an animal, immunizing the animal, fusing the objective antibody-producing cell obtained from the immunized animal with a myeloma cell, affording a hybridoma cell and culturing the resultant hybridoma cell. A ribosome constituent protein, above all, P0 and/or P1 and/or P2 are preferably used as the protein. A ribosome RNA, above all, ribosome 28S RNA is preferably used as the RNA. A P0-P1-P2-RNA complex is preferably used as the protein-RNA complex. A mouse, above all, an autoimmunity model mouse is preferably used as the animal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
