PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a monitoring camera apparatus which is capable of reducing snow or ice to be stuck on a front panel or wipers even under the environment of low temperature, heavy snowfall or the like, and capable of reducing production of ice or an icicle. SOLUTION: A silicone rubber film 8 which is deformed and vibrated when wind pressure is received, is mounted around a camera case 1 housing a monitoring camera 4 photographing a monitoring area. Thus, sticking of the snow or the ice 10 on the front panel 2 or the wiper device 6 can be reduced even under the environment of low temperature, heavy snowfall or the like and furthermore, the production of the ice or the icicle can be reduced.
