PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OCV (Oil Flow Control Valve) composed by accurately joining a spool valve with an electromagnetic actuator by abolishing a caulking process, and capable of providing anticorrosiveness of a stator by connecting the spool valve with the electromagnetic actuator. SOLUTION: A stator of the electromagnetic actuator 12 and a sleeve 13 of the spool valve 11 are joined with a common secondary molding resin 25 by molding. Since the spool valve 11 and the electromagnetic actuator 12 can be joined together without using the caulking process, trouble where the positional relationship between the sleeve 13 and the stator is dispersed by external force in joining them together can be prevented, and occurrence of distortion or the like in this OCV 3 can be prevented. Moreover, since the secondary molding resin 25 covers the outside surface of the stator, the outside surface of the stator is not exposed to the outside, it is not necessary to separately use a process for acquiring the corrosion resistance of the stator, and cost can be restrained.
