A wireless communication between a microcomputer (13) having a debug supporting circuit (17) and a debugger (3) employs a pulse transmission system using a magnetic field coupling in which a first coil (14) of the microcomputer is opposed to a second coil (8) connected to the debugger. When a wireless communication is performed, a communication condition of the wireless communication is established in an operation of initializing the microcomputer.When having established the communication with the debugger, the microcomputer awaits a control from the debugger. The debugger waits until a confirmation of the establishment of the communication, and then shifts to the control of the microcomputer using the wireless communication. A noncontact interface for a system debug or the like can be implemented without requiring any large antennas and any large scale of circuits to be used for modulation and demodulation.
