A sink bowl is provided to turn on and off a dehydration device and to drain water by turning a cover having a magnet interacting with a magnetic sensor. A sink bowl having a drain hole at the bottom and a dehydration device near the drain hole comprises a slope, a cover, and a switch. The slope guides water to the drain hole. The cover rotates in the drain hole and closes the slope and the drain hole. The switch, which is installed inside the cover, turn on and off the dehydration device. The water in the sink is drained, and the switch is turned on and off according to the rotation of the cover. The cover includes a base(140) and a rotating plate(130). The base shapes into a ring, and has watertight members(141) which are separated at regular intervals. The rotating plate rotates in the base and has protrusions(131) closing the spaces between the watertight members by rotating. The switch includes a magnetic sensor and a magnet(132). The magnetic sensor is connected with the dehydration device. The magnet is attached to the bottom surface of the cover and rotated, separated from the magnetic sensor at a predetermined distance. The switch is on when the magnetic sensor approaches the magnet the closest. |
