A model device for preparing dental prosthesis is provided to reduce the dental prosthesis preparing time by one and a half hour by excluding grinding and pin and base fixing processes and directly skipping to a cutting process. In a model device for preparing dental prosthesis, a tooth model fixing base(110) supports and fixes the lower part of a cured tooth model, contains a magnet(140) in a space formed inside, and attaches and detaches a support plate unit(120) implanted at the lower part of the tooth model formed by curing dental plaster, by magnetic force of the magnet. The support plate unit is formed by mixing one or at least two of iron powder, plated and coated iron powder, stainless powder stuck on the magnet, magnetite, and raw ore powder of the magnet, with plaster or plastic. The support plate unit is detachable from the upper part of the tooth model fixing base. A fixing band(130) is installed at the periphery of the tooth model fixing base attached to dental plaster, when dental plaster is cured on a tooth intaglio model. The magnet is filled into the space formed in the tooth model fixing base.
