A metal foil electrolytic manufacturing apparatus is provided to electrodeposit metal by subsequently supplying an electrolytic solution to a rotating cathode drum and an anode corresponding to the rotating cathode drum. A metal foil electrolytic manufacturing apparatus includes a rotating cathode drum(1), an anode(2), and an electrolytic solution supplying device(5). The rotating cathode drum electrodeposits the metal foil. The anode is deposited corresponding to the rotating cathode drum. The electrolytic solution supplying device supplies an electrolytic solution. The electrolytic solution supplying device is disposed in parallel to a rotational shaft of the rotating cathode drum. An electrolytic solution port(6) is provided at the upper end of the electrolytic solution supplying device. The electrolytic solution port has an opening having a slit shape.
