A vacuum and steam cleaner is provided to improve cleaning efficiency by forming a dehydrating part for jetting air after collecting dust through first and second transferring lines. A vacuum and steam cleaner comprises a steam generating part, a main body(10), a dust collecting part(20) and a handle(3). The main body installed at the front of the steam generating part has a collecting part for sucking impurities. The dust collecting part and the handle are connected to the collecting part of the main body. The main body consists of a first transferring line connected to the collecting part inside, and a wheel type switch part connected to the power of the steam generating part at the lower part. The dust collecting part, whose one side is connected to the first transferring line and other side is connected to a second transferring line, includes a cyclone dust collector having a guide for rotating air moving inside a connection pipe, a filter and a motor, and a dehydrating part.
