A punching aid for an implant is provided to assist the punching work which uses a dental drill to make a basic hole punched on a correct position in a proper depth when forming the basic hole for implant surgery. A punching aid for an implant includes a body(11) and a handle member(16). A coupling recess(12) corresponding to the shape of a gum is formed on the lower surface of the body. A guide hole(14) penetrates from the upper surface to the lower surface of the body to guide the punching direction of a drill. The handle member extends toward the outer side from one side of the body. The body further includes a guide member that is installed to extend to one side or both sides of the body, and guides the punching direction of the drill for the punching work.
