A pulse shaping filter module, a method for adjusting a transmission time using the same, and a method and an apparatus for detecting a receiving time are provided to obtain an exact timing signal on a receiver through the module with a plurality of pulse shaping filters. A pulse shaping filter module(401) includes a plurality of pulse shaping filters(401-1 - 401-N) corresponding to a lot of timing offset information respectively. The pulse shaping filters are selected according to a fractional sample adjustment signal of a timing adjustment unit according to a sample rate. The fractional sample timing adjustment signal includes the timing offset information. The pulse shaping filters have different filter factors according to the timing offset information.
