A mold of a recipient block and the usage thereof are provided to fill sample in a cylindrical hole while manufacturing the recipient block. A mold of a recipient block has a first space. The mold has a second space having step difference with respect to the first space. A plurality of cylindrical holes is provided on the second surface. An additional hole is provided at the bottom surface such that recipient block material passes through the hole. The recipient block is made of a resin selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polyurethane, polyimide, polyethylene terephthalate, polymethyl methacrylate, polyprophilene, polystylene, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinylidenechloride, poly vinyl acetate, poly vinyl alcohol, acryl resin, phenol resin, urea resin, silicon resin, epoxy resin, polyestere, melamine resin, poly ester, polycarbonate, fluorpolymer resin, cellulose resin, and acetal resin.
