MIXED STRUCTURAL BUILDING FOR REDUCING THE STORY HEIGHT AND VERTICAL FLEXIBILITY

A combined structural building for reducing the story height and vertical flexibility is provided to adapt mushroom structure for a water using space and a rahmen structure for a living space. A combined structural building for reducing the story height and vertical flexibility comprises a water using space, a living space, a water using slab(120), and a living space slab(130). The water using space is built by a rahmen structure where beams(100) stand around the peripheral edge. The living space is divided from the water using space by the beams, built by a mushroom structure without the beams. The water using space slab is built at the bottom of the beam to be a ceiling of the water using space. The living area slab is built at the top of the beams to be the ceiling of the living space. Pipes and ducts(140,150) are arranged on the top of the water using slab, lower than the living space slab.
