<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PDP recycling system for a plasma display system that is capable of efficiently and continuously performing the process from the separation of a glass substrate of the PDP to be wasted till the stripping of a display element constituting material at a low cost. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The plasma display panel (PDP) 1 thrown into a conveying device 30 is carried out from the conveying device 36 after passing through in turn a first cutting part (a) to cut a pair of opposite side end parts of one glass substrate among glass substrates slightly leaving the discharge space side of a sealing part, a reversed part (b) to rotate the plasma display panel 1 in a 90-degree arc, a second cutting part (c) to cut the other pair of opposite side ends of the other glass substrate slightly leaving the discharge space side of the sealing part, a separation part (d) to introduce pressurized fluid into the discharge space of both the glass substrates which are cut and a stripping part (e) to strip the display element constituting material containing an electrode attached to each separated glass substrate.
