PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an OTA(operational trans-conductance amplifier) circuit by which an integrator having an ideal characteristic is constituted. SOLUTION: The OTA circuit is constituted of an MOS transistor 1 whose gate is connected to a mutual conductance control terminal, a pair of MOS transistors 2 and 3 whose gates are connected to differential input terminals, a pair of MOS transistors 4 and 5 whose gates are connected to bias input terminals, the source of the MOS transistor 1, current sources 6 and 7 connected to drains and the current sources 8 and 9 connected to the drains of the MOS transistors 4 and 5. In this case, first and second capacities are added to the source of the fourth and fifth MOS transistors 4 and 5 so that a semi-conductor amplifier is constituted. |
