<p>The system (4) has an air duct (7), in which an air quality sensor (10) is arranged downstream behind an evaporator (8). The air quality sensor is formed to detect scent of a cooling medium e.g. carbon-dioxide, in the system, to detect ammonia, and to detect odor nest caused by bacteria and wet aluminum in the evaporator. An electronic logic unit (11) switches on or switches off a blower (6) for drying bubbles of the evaporator when a measured value of the sensor is below or exceeds a threshold.
