A method for estimating resistance, inductance, and capacitance of a motor is provided to control plural motors using single motor parameters by decreasing an error range of the measured parameters of the single motor. A capacitor(Cdc) is connected to a voltage source(Vdc) through a control switch(S1) and the capacitor is charged to an arbitrary voltage. An inverter switch is turned on and a winding is connected to a motor(140) to drive the motor. Transient phenomena occur on the capacitor, the inverter switch, and the motor. A current integration equation, an energy of the capacitor, and a second-order differentiation equation of the capacitor are calculated based on the transient phenomena. A resistance and a capacity of the capacitor are estimated by using a current integration result and the capacitor energy. An inductance is estimated by using the second-order differentiation equation of the capacitor, the estimated resistance, and the estimated capacity of the capacitor. |
