<p>The method involves modeling an allocation of a frequency band to a radio communication system e.g. Wireless fidelitytype network, by a three-dimensional block based on a frequency bandwidth and a coverage area of the system, and determining a distribution of the modeled blocks. A score is assigned to each block distribution based on a minimum frequency band having frequency bands of the blocks of the distribution. The block distribution having the score higher than a predetermined threshold is adopted to allocate the band to the system based on the adopted block distribution. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a computer program comprising instructions to perform a method of allocating a frequency band (2) a readable storage medium comprising instructions to perform a method of allocating a frequency band.</p> |
