A METHOD FOR FEEDING ANIMAL USING BY PINE NEEDLE AND THE FUNCTIONAL ANIMAL MEAT PRODUCTS USING THEREBY

A method of breeding an animal by adding an extract of needles of Pinus densiflora(red pine) to feed and then feeding to the animal is provided to improve meat quality, to reduce off-flavor and produces functional products. An animal is bread by adding 5 to 10% by weight of pine needle extract to feed and then feeding to an animal. The pine needle extract is obtained by extracting red pine needles in methanol and extracting. Animal meat and its by-products are horse meat, mutton, artificial meat and rabbit meat.
