An apparatus for recovering waste vinyl is provided to discharge carbon residue generated in pyrolysis of the waste vinyl smoothly while minimizing heat loss in heating of the reactor. An apparatus for recovering waste vinyl includes: a concave heating part formed on the center of the bottom(110,210) of the reactor(100,200) for guiding carbon residue generated in the reactor to the edge, and reducing heat loss; a carbon residue discharging device(120) installed on the bottom edge of the reactor for discharging the carbon residue guided by the concave heating part; and a rotary device(130) installed in the reactor, and comprising a shaft rotatably arranged along an inside vertical center of the reactor and a carbon residue concentrative rotor installed on the shaft by being formed in a shape corresponding to the bottom shape of the reactor. |
