A micro sieve (3) is assigned an actuator, with which it is possible to move the micro sieve in a liquid vertical to its main surface span (E) so as to cause a flushing effect that releases obstructions, clogging and pieces of accumulated dirt from the holes. The actuator has one or more piezoelectric elements (5) integrated into the micro sieve or attached directly to a filtration device. An independent claim is also included for a method for cleaning a filtration device.
