<p>The valve has a tubular housing (3), an inlet (6) for a pressure medium, particularly pressurized air, two tubular connecting parts (1) arranged at both the ends of the tubular housing and a flexible sleeve (2) arranged in the housing. A pressure control chamber is formed between the inner wall of the housing and the outer wall of the sleeve, which is impinged with the pressure medium by the inlet.
