An acrylic copolymer latex is provided to realize excellent flowability, shelf stability, mechanical strength and solubility to a plasticizer, and to obtain an eco-friendly resin composition capable of being molded into a sheet through calendaring. An acrylic copolymer latex comprises: (A) a core comprising (a1) an acrylic monomer or a mixture thereof having a glass transition temperature of 65 deg.C or lower, and (a2) methyl methacrylate, wherein the core has a gradient structure in which the proportion of (a1) decreased continuously from the center of the core to the outermost part of the core; and (B) a shell coated on the core and comprising (b1) methyl methacrylate, and (b2) an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl monomer copolymerizable therewith.
