A mounting ring (100) for location of the camera incorporates a friction pad or pads (101), a retention lip or lips (102) and a guide or guide surfaces (103). A support ring (110) incorporates optional additional locking devices such as screws (111) and mounting holes, either plain or threaded (112). A carrier bracket (120) has location holes (121), as shown in this interpretation, allowing the use of securing and locking fixings (123) or spigots to facilitate mounting of the support ring (110). Also included is a slotted track (122) to allow installation into a main carrier body (130), secured by fixings (123), giving a degree of rotational freedom. There is a main carrier body (130) into which the carrier bracket (120) is installed. Incorporated in this main carrier body is a plateau (131) to enable locking prongs (141 or 151) on the aperture mounting plate (140) and the surface mounting ring (150) to be engaged . Also included is a fixing method for the clamp ring (160) which in this interpretation is a thread (132) but could be threaded holes for mounting screws. An aperture mounting ring (140) incorporating multiple locking prongs (141) and optional multiple fixing holes (142). |
