The invention relates to a packaging for electronic components or for carrie rs of electronic components and especially for tape-n-reels, with the packaging comprising a recess - limited by a wall - for the accommodation of the component, as well as mounts, spaced apart in circumferential direction and projecting towards the recess opposite the wall, by means of which a component accommodated in the recess can be fixed.
