THE METHOD AND STRUCTURE CONTROLLING THICKNESS/LENGTH OF TUBE OF WIRE AND THEN ESCAPING

A method and a structure for controlling a thickness and a length of a tube of a wire to remove the tube are provided to produce products with uniform quality by facilitating junction of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) or a connector. A structure for controlling a thickness and a length of a tube of a wire(1) to remove the tube includes very sharp fingers(50,51) vertically arranged for removing the tube. When a tube removing unit moves to one to several arranged wires by using a cylinder on a lower part of the structure, the wires are capable of escaping downward for a state thereof not to be deformed by being in contact with the fingers and pushed. A one-axial micro-transfer robot(10) applied with a motor is installed on an upper part of the structure and applicable to diameters of conductors inside several kinds of wires. The structure supplies user convenience by employing an additional motor control program.
