A side cover fixing structure of an air conditioning case is provided to increase productivity by integrating a holder fixing a side cover to a coupling portion of a lower case, thereby reducing the number of components and processes. A side cover fixing structure of an air conditioning case comprises an air conditioning case divided into an upper-left case, an upper-right case, a lower case(11), and a holder(20) supporting a side cover(30). In the side cover fixing structure, the holder includes a support plate(21) protruded along an edge of a coupling portion(11a) of the lower case, a protrusion portion(22) protruded at a predetermined interval from the support plate and a flange portion(23) protruded in a lower direction at an end of the protrusion portion. Additionally, the holder is injection-molded to be integrated to the lower case.
