摘要 A hypereutectic Al-Si alloy for aluminum liners and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, wherein the hypereutectic Al-Si alloy has wear resistance, dimensional stability, formability, and thermal conductivity that are at least the same levels as those of an existing aluminum liner workpiece by optimizing distribution and size of Si particles using P-Sr-TiB2 melt treatment and T6 heat treatment. A hypereutectic Al-Si alloy for aluminum liners is manufactured by adding 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of strontium(Sr), 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of TiB2 and 50 to 200 ppm of phosphorous(P), in the form of a master alloy, into an Al-Si alloy comprising Al as a principal component and 13 to 25 wt.% of silicon(Si). A manufacturing method of a hypereutectic Al-Si alloy for aluminum liners comprises: melting a workpiece manufactured by adding 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of strontium(Sr), 0.01 to 0.2 wt.% of TiB2 and 50 to 200 ppm of phosphorous(P), in the form of a master alloy, into an Al-Si alloy comprising Al as a principal component and 13 to 25 wt.% of silicon(Si); pouring the melt into a mold to solidify the melt; and subjecting the solidified melt to a T6 heat treatment at a temperature of 520 to 540 deg.C for 2 to 5 hours to spheroidize eutectic Si of a fibrous state.
