A laminating apparatus is provided to prevent infiltration of air to an inside of a product to be laminated due to heating before laminating by moving up a lifting unit to separate a sheet loading and unloading the product to be laminated from a heater panel. A laminating apparatus includes a diaphragm at an upper part, and a laminating unit with a heater panel(35) at a lower part, to fuse a filler inside a product to be laminated and to laminate the product by pressing from both sides. The laminating apparatus further includes: a sheet loading and unloading the product to be laminated to and from the laminating unit, on which the product to be laminated is laid; and a lifting unit(50) moving up and down a support unit(51) for supporting the sheet from a lower part. The support unit is accommodated in the heater panel when moved down.
