A scroll compressor having an injection and unloading port is provided to increase performance for bypass unloading operation by allowing the compressor to have a relatively large-sized bypass port. A scroll compressor having an injection and unloading port comprises as follows. An orbiting scroll member(22) and a non-orbiting scroll member(24) have each of a base and a spiral wrap. A suction line(26) transfers a refrigerant from a compressor shell(21) to a chamber(31). The refrigerant is compressed between the members and transferred through a discharge line(28). An economizer injection line(30) is connected with a path(32) extended through a base of the non-orbiting scroll member. Additionally, an unloading valve(36) allows the refrigerant to flow outside from a compression chamber into the suction line.
