A computer and a printer having an authentication function is provided to display specifications of a service provided for a customer, to enable the customer to authenticate the displayed specifications, and to manage the service usage specifications at other special server for preventing a tax from being dodged or checking whether a bill is proper for the service. A computer and a printer having an authentication function display specifications on medical examination and treatment or service usage via their display unit. Then, a customer checks the displayed specifications, and performs payment or other processes via a medical card where an RF(Radio Frequency) chip including personal information is installed. Communication units of the computer and the printer print a medical prescription slip and transmit authenticated content to a server of a corresponding administration by using the personal information included in the RF chip. A service specification of each business man is stored at the external server and is provided for the National Tax Service or other administration if necessary.
