RELEASING FILM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

A release film and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to prevent silicone compounds or other additives from being transferred to a gluing agent of a bonding sheet or a coverlay and to restrain powder of products from being generated during a punching process, due to high workability. A release film is composed of: a paper(10); an adhesive layer formed on one surface of the paper; a polypropylene film(20) formed on one surface of the paper about the adhesive layer to come into contact with a gluing agent(30); and a synthetic resin film(25) formed on the other surface of the paper. Thermal deformation of the synthetic resin film is lower than that of the polypropylene film. The synthetic resin film is laminated on the paper by the gluing agent.
