MEASUREMENT APPARATUS FOR MEASURING DISCHARGE CURRENT OF FLASH LAMP IN LASER SYSTEM OF HIGH ENERGY

An apparatus for measuring a discharge current of a flash lamp in a laser system of high energy is provided to facilitate installation, maintenance and repair of the laser system at low cost by transmitting information about the discharge current of the flash lamp by wireless. An apparatus(200) for measuring a discharge current of a flash lamp(210) in a laser system of high energy is composed of a flash lamp driving unit(220) for controlling discharging of the flash lamp, a discharge current detecting unit(230) for detecting discharge current generated in the discharge of the flash lamp, a current data generating unit(240) for reflecting the current characteristic of the detected discharge current and performing wireless communication, and a transmitting unit(250) for transmitting the generated current data to a wireless repeater in a wireless type. The wireless repeater transmits the current data to a central control computer having a function for measuring the discharge current by using current data.
